Warranty Policy

At Body Luxuries, we believe in providing clear and transparent information so customers can shop with confidence.

Body Luxuries products do not come with a manufacturer or seller warranty. This applies to the beauty and personal care products available through Body Luxuries, including skincare, haircare, body splashes, body sprays, footcare, wax strips, nose strips and other products.

The absence of a warranty does not affect your right to request an eligible exchange under our separate Exchange Policy.

Do Body Luxuries Products Come With a Warranty?

No. Body Luxuries products do not come with a warranty.

There is no warranty period covering ongoing repairs, replacements or product performance after purchase.

What If My Product Arrives Damaged or Defective?

A product that arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect may be eligible for an exchange under the Body Luxuries Exchange Policy.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must meet the applicable exchange requirements.

Is an Incorrect Product Eligible for Exchange?

Yes, an incorrect product may be eligible for exchange if the exchange requirements are met.

The product must be unopened, unused, unaltered and have its original seal intact. The required package-opening video must also be provided.

An incorrect product that has been opened, unsealed or used will not qualify for an exchange.

Is a Package-Opening Video Required?

Yes. A clear package-opening video is mandatory for exchange requests involving a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product.

The video should clearly show the package being opened and the product received.

Without the required video proof, an exchange request may not be accepted.

Does Body Luxuries Provide Repairs or Warranty Replacements?

No. Body Luxuries does not provide ongoing repair, replacement or warranty services.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, you may submit an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the Exchange Policy.
