Welcome to Body Luxuries, the official website of Body Luxuries Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions explain the basic terms that apply when you browse our website or place an order.

By using the Body Luxuries website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices and product information. However, product packaging, colour, appearance or other visual details may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

Product availability may change, and Body Luxuries may update, replace or discontinue products without prior notice.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

Body Luxuries currently accepts Cash on Delivery only. Online payments, bank transfers and card payments are not available.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, incomplete order information or verification issues.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed after successful verification by Body Luxuries.

To process your order, we may require:

  • Full name

  • Active phone number

  • Email address

  • Complete delivery address

  • Active contact number

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders unless a promotional free-shipping offer is available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product, you may be eligible for an exchange within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the Body Luxuries Exchange Policy.

For an incorrect product, the item must be unopened, unused, unaltered and have its original seal intact.

A package-opening video is mandatory for exchange requests. Please review our Exchange Policy for complete eligibility requirements and the exchange process.

Products should not be returned without prior approval.

Warranty

Body Luxuries products do not come with a warranty.

For damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect products received at delivery, please refer to the Exchange Policy.

Website Content

All content on the Body Luxuries website, including logos, product names, text, images, graphics and videos, belongs to or is used by Body Luxuries and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
